Yonatan Rom, who survived the 2002 Hamas terror attack at the Atzmona pre-military academy in Gush Katif, recently donated a kidney to Reuven Tam.
Only right before the transplant did he discover that Reuven is the brother of Eyal Tam, the emergency response commander who saved Yonatan’s life during the attack 24 years earlier.
