We were walking on a boardwalk and leaned over, looking at the water. My date was showing me some pictures on his phone from a family simcha he was at recently. A skateboarder skated by us really fast and almost hit us. He was so startled that he dropped his phone in the lake. He was calm, cool, and collected and totally relaxed. He said gam zu letovah and continued on with the date as if nothing happened. I was so impressed! We’re still going out 🙂
