Sometimes the healthiest thing is to laugh at ourselves.
It’s not clear why they named this video “Evolution of Chassidic Dance,” it’s more like a string of random (and hilarious) Chassidic dance parodies. One thing is for certain though; anyone who frequents frum weddings will recognize many of these uniquely Chassidic steps.
I think “THAT guy who thinks he can dance” (at 2 min 31 sec) reminds me of someone I know. Oh… actually “THAT guy who thinks he can dance” reminds me of pretty much every wedding-goer I know.
Dancing like an idiot is nothing to be ashamed of though, as long as the bride and groom are smiling.
